Agree place and hour, mount the tent with the customer, demo open/close, and document condition before they leave.
Agree logistics
Confirm place and hour in the Inbox. The €30 mounting fee compensates you for mounting and unmounting help — plan enough time.
At pickup
- Recheck bars, load, and clearance before you lift the tent onto the car
- Mount the tent with the customer present
- Show how to open, close, and use the ladder safely
- Hand over included equipment and booked extras
- Take date-stamped photos of the tent and mount for your records
If mounting fails
If the setup is not compatible on the day, do not force a unsafe mount. Contact Roofwander via cancelationsupport@roofwander.com with the Order ID. Customers are guided by Not Compatible at Pickup.
