Prepare the Tent and Included Equipment
Clean and pack the tent, included gear, and your mounting kit (U-clamps, spacers, short/long bolts) before pickup.
Before pickup day
- Clean the tent (interior and exterior)
- Check zippers, poles/struts, ladder, and mattress
- Pack everything listed as included on your listing
- Pack optional add-ons the customer booked (bedding, chairs, roof bars, and so on)
Mounting kit
Keep this ready for almost every vehicle:
- U-shape clamps
- Spacers (if clearance is uncertain)
- Short and long bolt variants

Photos for the deposit
Take clear photos of the tent before handover. That makes return inspection and any claim much easier — see Return Inspection Checklist.
