What to Discuss Before Accepting
Align on roof bars, vehicle details, roof load, clearance, pickup hour and place, and included equipment before you accept.
Align before you accept
Once you accept, the customer is charged and your calendar is blocked. Discuss these points in the Inbox first:
- Roof bars — Installed, load-rated, correct width for your rails (or whether you rent bars as an add-on)
- Vehicle — Make, model, year, roof type
- Roof load — Dynamic load, bar rating, tent weight (lowest limit wins)
- Clearance — Enough space under the bars for hardware
- Pickup — Place and hour for handover
- What is included — Tent contents, extras, and anything the customer must bring
