- What if I want to use the tent myself?
- That's what the nights slider is for — set it to the nights you're happy to hand the tent over. You control the availability calendar, so the tent is only bookable on dates you open up.
- Is the commission already included?
- Yes. Every figure on this page is what reaches you after Roofwander's 15% commission. Payouts are handled by Stripe.
- Do longer bookings earn less per night?
- Yes. Roofwander discounts stays over four days, from 10% off at five days up to 40% off at twenty or more. This calculator assumes short bookings of around three nights, which stay in the full-price tier.
- What happens if the tent gets damaged?
- Renters pay a security deposit that is held for the whole rental and returned two days after it ends if nothing is reported. Report damage before then and the deposit covers it.
