Not Compatible at Pickup
If the tent does not fit at pickup, Roofwander reimburses the rental and mounting fee and refunds the deposit. The platform fee is kept.
If it does not fit at pickup
If you go to the owner’s place on the day and the tent is not compatible with your car or roof bars, the rental does not go ahead.
Refund
Roofwander reimburses the rental (including the mounting fee and related rental charges for that booking). The deposit is refunded in full. The platform fee is kept.
This is treated as a shared responsibility: both the owner and the renter should have checked compatibility before pickup.
