- Pickup, Installation and Handover GuideAgree place and hour, mount the tent with the customer, demo open/close, and document condition before they leave.
- Return Inspection ChecklistInspect on return, compare to pickup photos, note damage vs wear and tear, and decide within 2 days whether to claim the deposit.
