Use the Roofwander Inbox
Open Inbox → As a listing author to manage customer conversations and booking threads. Keep chats and payments on Roofwander.
Where to find it
Open Inbox in the menu, then the As a listing author tab. That list shows inquiries and bookings with customers.
How messaging works
- Customers can message from a listing before they book, or from an existing inquiry or Order Page
- Each conversation stays attached to that inquiry or booking
- You reply in the same thread
Quick replies improve booking conversion.
Be respectful
All communication on Roofwander must be respectful. Abusive or inappropriate messages are not allowed — we can block your account.
