Accept or Decline a Request

Respond within 6 days. Accept charges the customer and blocks your calendar; decline or timeout means they are not charged.

Deadline

Respond within 6 days of the request.

Accept

  • The customer is charged (rental, fees, and deposit)
  • Your calendar is blocked for those dates
  • The booking is confirmed

Decline or no response

  • The request expires
  • The customer is not charged
