- Roof Bars CompatibilityYou need roof bars for your trip. The owner may have compatible ones — contact them. Learn which bar types fit your car.
- Roof Load LimitsMany cars can carry a rooftop tent — check your car manual and confirm the dynamic roof load (driving).
- Not Compatible at PickupIf the tent does not fit at pickup, Roofwander reimburses the rental and mounting fee and refunds the deposit. The platform fee is kept.
- Tent Damaged or Incomplete at PickupIf the tent is broken, missing parts, or not as described at handover, email cancelationsupport@roofwander.com. The rental and mounting fee are reimbursed; the platform fee is kept.
