What to Ask Before Booking

Ask about compatibility

Confirm your vehicle and roof bars can safely carry the tent before you request a booking. Ask the owner:

• Whether your roof bars are suitable for their tent
• Whether your car’s roof load limits are enough
• Anything else you need for a safe mount (clearance, extras, roof bars included or not)

Agree the pickup hour

Ask which hour you can take the tent (pickup time) and agree the return place and hour as well. Align on clear times so both of you can plan.
