How Booking Requests Work

You get a request with dates, customer details, and earnings preview. Accept within 6 days to charge the customer and block your calendar.

When a request arrives

You receive a booking request with:

  • Dates
  • Customer details
  • A preview of your earnings

You may also get questions in your Roofwander Inbox before or with the request. Quick replies help convert bookings.

Your decision (within 6 days)

  • Accept — The customer is charged, your calendar is blocked, and the booking is confirmed.
  • Decline or no response — The request expires and the customer is not charged.

After you accept

Arrange pickup and return with the customer on Roofwander. Payout timing is covered in When Will I Receive My Payout?.
