Cancellations

Cancellation PolicyRefunds depend on how close you cancel to the start date. The €5 platform fee is non-refundable when you cancel; the €30 mounting fee and €400 deposit are refunded in full.
How to CancelAfter acceptance, email cancelationsupport@roofwander.com from your order email with your Order ID and reason. We may call; refunds follow the cancellation policy.
The Owner Cancelled My BookingIf the owner cancels, you get a full refund including the platform fee, mounting fee, and deposit. We will confirm by email.
