- Set Your Rental PriceSet one daily rate (typically €25–€50). Longer bookings get automatic length discounts; optional add-ons can be per day or fixed.
- Discounts for Longer RentalsLonger bookings get automatic discounts by day position, from full price on days 1–4 up to 40% off from day 24.
- Roofwander Fees and CommissionRoofwander takes a 15% commission on each rental. Creating and keeping listings is free.
- Estimate Your EarningsEstimate earnings after the 15% commission. Example: 12 days at €40/day is €434 before add-ons; commission is already how payout figures are framed.
- Taxes on Rental IncomeTax rules depend on your country. There is no single Roofwander threshold amount — check local rules or an advisor.
