Estimate earnings after the 15% commission. Example: 12 days at €40/day is €434 before add-ons; commission is already how payout figures are framed.

After commission

Figures about what you earn should be read after Roofwander’s 15% commission. Creating listings is free; commission applies per rental.

Quick example (before commission)

A 12-day trip at €40/day with automatic length discounts:

  • Days 1–4: full price → €160
  • Days 5–7: 10% off → €108
  • Days 8–10: 15% off → €102
  • Days 11–12: 20% off → €64

Subtotal: €434 (before add-ons, mounting fee, and commission).

Then add the €30 mounting fee and any selected add-ons. Your payout is that provider total minus 15%.

Request preview

Each booking request shows a preview of your earnings so you see the amount before you accept.

Payout timing

Payouts start 48 hours after the rental ends, then Stripe usually sends funds in 2–7 business days. See When Will I Receive My Payout?.
