My Payout Is Late or Failed

Allow 48 hours after the rental ends plus 2–7 business days for the bank. Check Stripe payout details, then contact support if it is still missing.

Expected timing

  1. Rental ends
  2. Roofwander starts the payout 48 hours later
  3. Stripe usually delivers to your bank in 2–7 business days (bank and country dependent)

If you are still inside that window, wait for the bank to post the transfer.

Checks

  • Confirm payout details are complete under Payout details
  • Check that the booking was accepted and the rental end date has passed
  • Look for emails from Stripe or Roofwander about verification or failed payouts

Still missing?

Email hello@roofwander.com with your Order ID and the payout issue. If Stripe verification is blocked, support can help you finish account setup safely.
