Create Your Listing

Create a rental listing from Manage listings, add details and photos, set price and availability, then connect Stripe to publish.

Start a listing

  1. Open Your listings.
  2. Choose Post a listing.
  3. Complete the listing wizard: details, photos, pricing, location/pickup, and availability.
  4. Connect Stripe payout details when prompted so customers can book you.

Creating and keeping listings is free. Roofwander takes a 15% commission only when a rental is booked — see Roofwander Fees and Commission.

What to fill in

  • Title — Clear pattern: Rental + Brand/Model + Location (for example “Rooftop Tent Rental – NaïtUp Duo – Paris”).
  • Description — Do not repeat fields already on the listing. Use it for trip ideas, pickup flexibility, and what makes your offer special.
  • Photos — Bright, clean shots: tent open, interior, ladder/mattress, and at least one lifestyle photo.
  • Price — One daily rate (typically €25–€50). Optional extras are under Pricing → Optional add-ons.
  • Availability — Open the dates you can rent. See Manage Your Availability Calendar.

After you publish

Customers can message you and send booking requests. Improve visibility with Improve Your Listing and Get More Bookings.
