Close live listings and finish open bookings first, then use Delete my account. Connected Stripe payouts may need support help.
Prefer a pause?
If you only need a break, close or unpublish your listing from Your listings and keep your account, reviews, and payout setup. See Pause or Delete Your Listing.
Before you delete
- Close or unpublish live listings
- Finish or cancel open rentals, payouts, reviews, and disputes
- Download anything you may need — deletion is permanent

Stripe payout account
If you have a connected payout account, the page may ask you to contact support so payout, tax, and account records are handled safely. Email hello@roofwander.com if you see that block.
Roofwander may retain transaction records required for safety, tax, payout, or dispute reasons.
